Synalar-N Cream 30g  is a topical medication combining fluocinolone acetonide (0.025%), a potent corticosteroid, and neomycin sulfate, an antibiotic. This formulation is designed to address inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses complicated by or at risk of secondary bacterial infections.

• Duration: Use as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Prolonged use, especially under occlusion, should be avoided to minimize potential side effects.

Precautions and Warnings: Synalar-N Cream 30g 

• Contraindications: Not suitable for primary bacterial, viral, or fungal infections; rosacea; acne; perioral dermatitis; anogenital pruritus; or in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the cream.
• Pediatric Use: Not recommended for children under one year of age.

• Long-Term Use: Prolonged application may lead to skin atrophy, striae, or systemic absorption causing adrenal suppression.
