Flutiprop Cream is designed for adults, children, and infants aged three months and over. It’s a potent treatment for various inflammatory dermatoses, including:

- Â Psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis)
- Â Neurodermatoses (including lichen simplex chronicus)
- Â Lichen planus
- Â Seborrhoeic dermatitis
- Â Contact sensitivity reactions
- Â Discoid lupus erythematosus
- Â Insect bite reactions
- Â Prickly heat
Composition:
Each gram contains 0.5mg of Fluticasone Propionate B.P
 Reduction of Risk of Relapse:
 Flutiprop Cream is also useful for reducing the risk of relapse in chronic recurrent atopic eczema following successful treatment of an acute episode
 Dosage & Administration:
For adults, children, and infants aged three months and over, apply a thin film of Flutiprop Cream to affected skin areas once or twice daily. After effective treatment of an acute episode, the application frequency should be reduced to once daily or twice weekly, combined with daily emollient use. Regular evaluation of the condition is essential
 Contraindications:
 Flutiprop Cream is not indicated for:
- Â Â Acne vulgaris
- Â Perioral dermatitis
- Â Primary cutaneous viral infections (e.g., herpes simplex, chickenpox)
- Â Hypersensitivity to any ingredients
 Warnings & Precautions:
- To prevent adrenal suppression, it’s advisable to use Flutiprop Cream cautiously in infants and small children. Prolonged application, especially in infants, may lead to systemic absorption of corticosteroids. Caution is needed when applying Flutiprop Cream to the face, and it should not enter the eyes
- Â In psoriasis treatment, patient supervision is crucial to avoid rebound relapses and tolerance. Appropriate antimicrobial therapy is necessary for infected inflammatory lesions. Use of occlusive dressings may encourage bacterial infection
 Pregnancy & Lactation:Â
During pregnancy, one should consider using Flutiprop Cream only if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. The excretion of Fluticasone propionate in
human breast milk has not been thoroughly studied
 Adverse Reactions:
Adverse events may include secondary infection, hypersensitivity, features of hypercortisolism, dilation of superficial blood vessels, skin changes (thinning, striate, hypertrichosis, hypopigmentation), allergic contact dermatitis, and more
