Composition:

Each gram contains:

• Clobetasol Propionate at 0.05% w/w
• Neomycin Sulphate at 0.5% w/w
• Nystatin at 100,000 units per gram

Clobederm-NN Ointment Indications:

Effective for:

• Psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis)
• Stubborn eczemas
• Lichen Planus
• Discoid Lupus Erythematosus
• Secondary bacterial or candidal infections

Dosage and Administration:

Apply a thin layer to affected areas once or twice daily. Use occlusive dressings for resistant cases, but discontinue when the condition is controlled.

Contraindications:

Avoid for conditions such as rosacea, acne, and hypersensitivity to ingredients. Not suitable for primary skin infections, children under one, or otitis externa with perforated eardrums.

Precautions and Warnings:

Avoid prolonged facial application, eye contact, and use in psoriatic patients. Extended use, especially in kids, may lead to adrenal suppression or skin atrophy.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Dilution isn’t recommended.
