For your safety and in compliance with regulations, we only offer prescription medicines to customers who provide a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. All prescription orders placed on Dermatologists.pk are fulfilled by Derma.pk, Pakistan's first registered skincare pharmacy, licensed under License No. 05-352-0066-113523P. Please consult with our pharmacist before placing an order, as we are committed to ensuring your well-being and adhering to pharmaceutical standards.

Online payments are processed immediately, and your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to reflect in our account. Once payment is confirmed, we will begin processing and shipping your order.

Unfortunately, you cannot inspect your COD parcel before making the payment. Payment must be made at the time of delivery, and once the payment is received, you can inspect the contents of the package.
