3. Incorrect Product Received: If the product you received is not the one you ordered, we will replace it. Kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, and our team will guide you through the replacement procedure.

5. Courier Charges for Replacements: While we offer product replacements, the cost of returning the product and receiving the replacement will be your responsibility. You may use any reliable courier service to return the item to us.

6. Eligibility for Replacements: For a replacement to be processed, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. All returns will be inspected, and replacements are subject to approval.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like opened skincare products, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

8. Return Authorization: A return authorization must be obtained from our customer support team before returning any product for a replacement. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a replacement.
