TINABIN TABLET are orally administered and rapidly absorbed. A single 250mg dose results in peak plasma concentration within two hours. Terbinafine has a high binding affinity to plasma proteins (99%) and readily distributes to the skin, hair follicles, and nails. It is secreted in sebum, ensuring high concentrations in these areas. Terbinafine also penetrates the nail plate, making it effective against onychomycosis (nail fungal infections). The drug is metabolized into nonfungicidal metabolites and excreted in the urine. Its elimination half life is approximately 17 hours

TINABIN TABLET are indicated for the treatment of various fungal infections, including:

• Fungal infections of the skin, hair, and nails caused by dermatophytes (e.g., Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton)
• Ringworm (tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, and tinea capitis)
